With each breath, I vow to guard a humble attitude for the benefit of all I journey with.
With each step, I will strive to be compassionate, loving, and kind to myself and all that I journey with.
When I stumble over the obsticles, I will pick myself up, as quickly as possible, accepting whatever help may come my way; making amends quickly and quietly, I will continue with the next step, striving always to be happy, peaceful and free.
Of this I am sure: with each breath, my journeys' end is nearer to that which I left when I took the first step.
I know that My body (including my mind) is the vehicle through which the Devine Source is experiencing this creation.
